The OCARE awards recognise Ferrer’s “Our experience” campaign

The “Our Experience” campaign designed by Anthesis Lavola for Ferrer has been awarded as the best CSR communication campaign of environmental content by the OCARE awards. These awards distinguish organisations that carry out intelligent, creative and powerful communication in the field of corporate social responsibility.

“Our Experience” consisted of a set of gamified experiences related to sustainability aimed at Ferrer’s staff. These monthly experiences dealt with issues such as mobility, sustainable cooking, responsible holidays, eco-design, energy efficiency and waste reduction. The aim was to raise awareness among employees through experiences that would allow them to foster new habits both at work and at home.

A campaign with a prize

Gamification has been useful in encouraging participation in the different activities of the campaign. For each one, the employees earned points, which could be increased if they shared the actions through the company’s internal social network. Finally, the participants with the most points won two prizes: a trip to a sustainable destination and the opportunity to be the protagonists of a children’s story made expressly for the occasion.

“Our Experience” has been framed within the sustainability strategy that Ferrer has been developing since 2015 and is the second Ferrer campaign carried out by Anthesis Lavola to win one of the OCARE awards.
